Eezyflow needed a website with an online store to promote and test the Swedish invention in the market.
SOLUTION
Designed a conceptual solution within focus on development, e-commerce (UX/UI) setup (CMS), logistics, payment integration CX (Klarna), and other system assurance and coordination from concept to launch.

CHALLENGE
Launch of a Swedish medical device that prevents social snoring on the Swedish and European market in 10 languages.
SOLUTION
Project Lead for strategic and operational tasks for Eezyflow for the Swedish and European market, in collaboration with the inventor where we were in charge for the entire value chain and reported to stakeholders. Designed a conceptual solution within focus on development, e-commerce (UX/UI) setup (CMS), logistics, payment integration (Klarna), and system assurance and coordination from concept to launch with developers. Created a traceability system technically with GTIN, Data Matrix, and CE marking in collaboration with GS1 Sweden, ensuring compliance with MDR technical file requirements. Negotiated with suppliers. Also monitored print management, cost control and quality assurance to deliver an accurate, compatible and customer-ready end product.
RESULTS
Delivered a final product for e-commerce and retailers where we mapped out areas of use for the product Eezyflow.
